FK Irons and Microbeau are one of the top tattoo and permanent makeup machine manufacturers in the world. They had a top-notch videographer and video editors and it was a shame their videos didn't have more traction. After my audit I concluded:

they needed keyword research for the titles

their thumbnails could be more eye-catching

they requested my assistance to structure their exclusive interviews

Keyword research: made suggestions to Social Media Director for titles based on research.

A/B testing and creative guidance on thumbnails: suggested images and text for the thumbnail, which could be different than the title.

Researched and interviewed artists: to leverage our influencers, I would use my journalism skills in research and structured the interviews.

This small, family-owned insurance broker wanted to explain difficult insurance concepts and highlight their best insurance plans. They also wanted leverage their family's 100-year history and expertise in the field. They'd had success with explainer videos.

Requested bids and hired a videographer: coordinated the shoot.

Managed YouTube: created the thumbnails, uploaded videos, conducted keyword research for SEO-friendly titles.

This national newspaper had very few digitally-savvy journalists at the time. Very few of their journalists had a Twitter account, and none knew how to produce videos. They interviewed around 20 candidates for the post of Digital Lifestyle Editor.

1. Happy with my work, the newspaper asked me to create a pilot foodie program for the sales department to look for an advertising sponsor.
